Description

To celebrate the 150th anniversary of the FA Cup, Royal Mail has issued a special stamp on the subject.

It includes a miniature sheet with four stamps featuring FA Cup memorabilia and artefacts preserved at the National Football Museum in Manchester, while the background features text for every FA game played from 1872 to 2021 Cup final matchup.

In addition, the Royal Mail has partnered with the Royal Mint to issue a dated First Day Cover with stamps and commemorative coins worth £2. The First Day Cover contains six special FA Cup stamps issued by Royal Mail, postmarked with a rosette design, and canceled on the first day of Manchester, the home of the National Football Museum.
